Looking for a roommate to rent a room and share the common space of my house in Leominster MA. It is a 3 bedroom ranch with one bathroom, an open kitchen, living room, large basement with washer and dryer, and an additional room for entertaining with a nice deck. There are 3 parking spots in the driveway and on-street parking is allowed. Large, flat yard. Conservation area in the back. There is also a lake down the street where I pay for beach rights for the household each year. Close to route 2 and 119, as well as 117. Super convenient town – literally everything you need is a short drive away. My ideal roommate will be around my age(ish), preferably on the quieter/laid back side, animal-friendly (I have two cats), and responsible with rent in full and on time. Furnished is an option, as well.
