The room is 12x12 ft in a 3 Bedroom apartment with a shared full and half bath. Hardwood flooring and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Along with a spacious living room with a balcony having a beautiful view.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and cooling. It’s located in a quiet Glendale neighborhood just a block away from grocery stores, and a few blocks from Brand Blvd, The Americana and Galleria. There is garage parking, with 2 spots available for the unit, spot usage is up to the remaining roommates to discuss. There is ample street parking otherwise. No smoking, no pets, no dirty living standards.

I am an animation artist and my roommate is a sound designer who both really love movies and both also Air Force veterans. I’m part of a number of communities so I’m usually out at work or at an event. I have firm expectations about cleanliness, communication and chore responsibility within in the apartment and keeping the place orderly and peaceful.
