Looking for a female renter who is respectful, clean and responsible. Private unfurnished room and private bathroom. Must provide proof of employment and have a current credit report. No drugs, no alcohol, no smoking, no guest. Open to a month-to-month or 6 month lease. The $600 security deposit is required. WiFi and Utilities are included, you will have access to do laundry and have a light cook in kitchen. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and close to the 215 and 15 freeway. Nearby schools and shopping center.

I’m newly divorce mother with two daughters whom live at the home 50% of the time. We stay busy with sports and other activities, but do enjoy being home and relaxing or playing games.
