I have a room available in a three bedroom house in a cul-de-sac in Grand Prairie Texas.. There are two rooms upstairs, one room is available for $750 with all bills paid: (electricity, gas, water, city trash, and the upkeep of the grounds). The upstairs rooms are reserved roomies upstairs Share one full shared bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the living area, and full size washer and dryer… The area is a great area to live in with several parks, walking trails with all types of resources for , restaurants, retail, and entertainment.
