Large island with stools offers extra seating and bright open concept kitchen with a large range and full oven, microwave, and dishwasher all built around fun functionality. Half bath downstairs and lovely private patio make this home a relaxing oasis. No smoking, no drugs, no pets allowed. One housemate has a very friendly dog.

There are currently 3 housemates, one couple in the master who are current college students and owners of a very loveable, friendly and quiet dog. One gentleman who is a recent college graduate occupies the 2nd room.
