Brand new home in a gated community. Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and smart TV, but can be stripped for your own furniture. You get a loft space to do with as you please (has a desk but can be stripped). Garage parking space (in-house), community gym, community pool and a private lake. It’s a beautiful house to live in.

Hi. I’m Andrew and I’m looking for a long term roommate. Moved down here in March last year with my girlfriend who is now out of the picture. Paying everything alone in this big house is a pain and am looking for someone reliable who won’t have problems keeping up with the bills. Looking for someone clean and respectful. I am a kind and laid back person.

I stream on the internet and I work 4pm - 11pm Tues - Fri and 6-12am Saturday in my at-home office, so if you work days you get the house to yourself once you get home. The 3rd bathroom is pretty much yours, except for when I use it during work or when my son is home for the summer (which isn’t looking good due to Covid) neither of which will be super imposing. Don’t mind having company as long as things don’t get rowdy. I mow the lawn and take care of the property. I have fiber internet at 500/500megabit (very fast).
