This property is located in a nice and quite neighborhood, The Fallbrook shopping center is just down the street that also has great restaurants and has a movie theater.

We are early 30’s professionals looking to fill two extra bedrooms. One is a corner room with a great cross breeze while the other has a large window and gets incredible sunlight all day long. They both share a renovated bathroom and are $900 each plus $1000 deposit, also there is a master bedroom with private bathroom for $1200 plus $1000 deposit . Use of the main area and kitchen is encouraged. We want you to be as comfortable as we are here. Laundry machines are right next to the kitchen and we have a large, green yard to hang out in.

We like to keep a warm atmosphere to the house. If you see some cookies or treats in the kitchen, help yourself to them! Feel at home. If we have over, you’re welcome to hang out with us. We are looking for people with a good vibe who want to live in a positive, trusting environment.
