Posting for my son. Room for rent in 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on two acres in Grass Valley. Looking for a responsible female in her 20’s-30’s (no couples, children or sleepovers). Young female is mandatory for a connection with my daughter. Reduced rent of $500 per month, includes all utilities and WIFI, in exchange for assistance in helping with my daughter in the morning. I am a single father of an 8-year-old. I leave for work very early, and need someone to help her get ready and drop her off at school in the mornings.

We live in the Cedar Ridge area and my daughter attends Union Hill School – 2 miles from our home. Perfect for college student! No smoking/drugs. Someone who is respectful, considerate and clean.

Month-to-month, but would like to find someone interested in making our home hers for a long term rather than temporary. We have one puppy and two indoor/outdoor cats.
