This en-suite room is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand and TV. There is a full bath (tub and shower) and a walk-in closet. You have full access to a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and washer/dryer. You’ll also have access to a secure garage to park. Outside there are gas grills and a fire pit in the common space. Walking distance to bagel/coffee shop and restaurant.

Hey girl! My name is Kate and I’m the owner of a 3 bed 4 bath house in West Nashville/Nations area. Location is excellent, 15 minutes to Vanderbilt walkable to Benji’s bagels and drivable to all your favorite Nation’s spots.

Looking for another BBB to join the house in June. You would be joining 2 healthcare workers so you know we’re responsible, respectful and down to earth!

You would have a private bedroom with your own private en-suite bathroom on the first floor. Parking is connected to the house with an attached garage (sedan would fit best but I’ve had previous roomies who fit a 4 runner in the garage). The rent is $1100 per month all inclusive. Room is furnished (see photos) but it can be unfurnished per your preference.

Looking for a friend and housemate who is respectful, fun, non-smoking/non-vaping and someone who loves both a night out on the town and a craft or movie night in (we’re in our late twenties and early thirties so looking for someone who is less wild child and more mild child 😂).

On the subject of pets, no feline friends but dogs would be allowed on a case by case basis as there is third housemate, Tilly a 23lb cockapoo.

A little about us: Kate is from the PNW, Meaghan is from NY (we’re bicoastal in this house), we love trying out new restaurants, we’re great trivia partners and during football season we love to cheer on the Bills 🦬!
