Richard's room

The room is located in the Admiral District of West Seattle, perhaps the best area in all of Seattle to live in. It is a 10 minute walk to three major grocery stores-Safeway, Met Market, and PC–multiple restaurants and pubs, a movie theater, and a five minute walk to the bus to downtown Seattle. It is 15 minutes on foot to Alki Beach. The room is in the basement of a very quiet home and it is private. Access to washer, dryer, Internet, and free WiFi. Flat screen TV plus access to Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and HBO. Utilities are paid.

Him: 62 year old English instructor at UW in the home owner. He is very quiet and is home most evenings and weekends. She is a 33-year old nurse from Kenya and is also very quiet. She resides in her room entirely when at home. She works the evening shift and sleeps during the day.
