About the room
Short term lease for furnished room - Less than 10 minutes from downtown. This is a new construction with 2 car garage which you can park in. Since I am offering a short term lease, no nails can be used in the walls. Further photos of the house can definitely be provided. First time homeowner so all I ask is that you respect the property. Come and go whenever, guests welcomed and overnight guests within reason - ie cutie from the bar can’t be here 6 nights a week. Can offer shorter than 6 month lease and potentially longer depending on the person.
About the roomies
26 year old high profile professional. I work from home full time so it would be ideal if you worked outside of the house M-F. I have an extremely friendly Aussie, named Lord Disick. I enjoy socially drinking and hosting parties with my likeminded friends. Taking time off from 4/20 but still allowed inside certain areas of the house.
