South Van Gordon Court

I am looking for a roommate to share my second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Lakewood near Alameda and Union. The room for rent is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It will be ready for move-in after February 15th. We will share the living room and kitchen. RENT is $625 a month and includes heat, electric, trash, internet, lawn care, snow removal and a pool. There is off street parking, and laundry is on site but in the next building. There is a $500 deposit due at the time of move in. Bedroom furnishings are available if you need them. Sorry, no pets and no smoking of any kind in the apartment.

I am 24-years-old. I am a part-time student at MSU studying English. I also work part-time. I like to write, watch movies, and am interested in comics, superheroes and video games. I’m not terribly messy or loud, and I don’t smoke.
