I have a room for rent with a private bathroom. The bathroom is mostly yours; I enjoy using the bathtub solely.

The house is two stories and located in a gated community with a club house and pool free to use.

Cable and internet included in common area and can be added to your room for a small additional charge.

I am looking for a female like myself. No children, working class and career oriented. Full time College student is okay. No spouses or partners. One small dog okay but must be potty trained and spayed/ neutered and no shedding.

I have a miniature poodle

Occasional guest okay but not frequently. No smoking, and no excessive drinking.

Smud and pg&e is also included in the monthly cost.

There will be a cleaning fee applied if I have to constantly clean up after you.

Will interview, credit check, and criminal background check prior to showing.

I work full time as a social worker, workout, and go to church. You will be the only roommate if selected. It’s okay to drink occasionally but not get belligerent. No smoking in the house AT ALL.
