About the room
This is the master suite in the house (~200 sq ft) and includes a private bath, three closets, and a private balcony. It is located on the second story of the house with the washer and dryer just down the hall. It doesn’t get any easier on laundry day.
The townhome is in Brookhaven/Buckhead. Its a four bedroom, three level (~2,000 sq ft), with 3.5 baths that is 1.5 miles from Lenox Square/Phipps Plaza. It is also about a mile from the Brookhaven Marta Station. It is very safe and there is a park within walking distance.
About the roomies
I am a 24 year old who loves baseball and college football. I am also a small business owner so I work a lot and am not at the house that much outside of sleeping. Curt, my other roommate, is a recent college grad who also enjoys watching sports and working out.
We have a cat and dog so new roommate would have to be comfortable with that.
