Wesley's room

The open room is on the second story of the townhome. It is about ~155 sq with large windows and a good sized closet. This open room shares a bathroom with one other person (Knox). The washer and dryer about just down the hall so it doesn’t get any easier on laundry day.

The townhome is located in Brookhaven/Buckhead. Its a four bedroom, three level (~2,000 sq ft), with 3.5 baths that is 1.5 miles from Lenox Square/Phipps Plaza. It is also about a mile from the Brookhaven Marta Station. It is very safe and there is a park within walking distance.

I am a 25 year old who loves baseball, college football, and golf. I am also a small business owner so I work a lot. Right now there are four guys living in the house, but two are moving out in August.

Remaining Roomates: Knox is an Army Vet who enjoys to play video games when not working or hanging out with friends. Rob is a Golf Pro at a local country club so when he is not playing golf he is watching tv or hanging out with friends.

We have a cat so new roommate would have to be comfortable with that.
