A relaxing comfortable Brand New Townhouse (Construction Finished Sept 2020) located central to many Southern California Attractions. 10 miles from CSULB, 5 Miles from CSULA, 10 miles from USC, JFTB LosAl, perfect for the college student or working professional. This is the MASTER Bedroom which has a Private Bathroom. The room will be unfurnished, but I’d be willing to furnish as the image shows with a Brand New Full-Size Bed, New Bedding, Flat-Screen TV, Dresser, Fan, Closet Space & Small Table for an additional cost of $50/month. Additional $100/month for a couple to offset utility cost. All Furniture in the common spaces of the Townhouse is Brand Spankin’ New!

I am an Engineer and Doctoral Student working/studying more hours than the day has. I’m pretty chill, respect people’s privacy, but always up for Some good convo or a laugh at my own expense. When I’m not working, I’m usually planning my next international trip!
