I have a room for rent $400.00 per month and you pay half of all utilities including cable/internet. You can do month to month if you need to. Perfect for anyone transitioning. You will have access to the whole house we will share the kitchen and common areas. You must be clean and keep your stuff picked up and dishes done. You will have your own bedroom and until the other room is rented you will have your own bathroom.
