This is a 5 bedroom 2 1/2 ba. 3200 sq ft home with hiking and biking trails in walking distance

Very close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. 20 minute drive to Apple and 30 min to Google and Facebook This Room is 16 x 14 it has a 14’ long closet with 3 mirrored sliding doors. This Room is the only bedroom that is downstairs. It has a vaulted ceiling so it feels even larger than it is. You have Internet access full kitchen and laundry priviledges. We are a very friendly Group of people who occasionally like to have BBQs, karaoke and game nites together. There is also a pool table and electronic dart boards, high speed internet, cable tv and streaming devices.

We have been living together for at least 6 years and the baby of the group (30) Is moving back to Monterey where she grew up.

You are allowed an overnight guest but no more than 2 weekends per month unless approved of prior to their visiting

We are near Kaiser hospital Near Santa Teresa and Cottle road. We are minutes from the 85 freeway and the 101. This Room is renting for $800 per month deposit $300 and utilities are included. This is a shared bathroom but everyone keeps it clean and takes turns doing so. We ask all Of our roommates to respect the house and each other. We do have an indoor dog so no other pets are allowed to live here. He is very friendly and loves everyone
