I’m seeking a housemate to share fully furnished apartment from February, 2020 to the end of August, 2020. 
The apt. is located on a 2nd floor in Middletown, RI close to Gate 17 and 23 of the Navy Base and 10 minutes away from Newport, RI. Shared spaces include a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer & dryer walking distance from the building plus WiFi access. 

I’m looking for a responsible professional roommate. $850 includes all utilities except cable. Please be a NON-smoker and enjoy the company of dogs.

I am computer engineer working for the Navy Base. I have to travel very frequently for work so I do not spend much time at the apartment. I love dogs and have a very obedient puppy. I also speak Spanish and I am original from Puerto Rico.
