We have a furnished or unfurnished master 1bed, private bath available in a 2 bed/2 bath + converted den apartment on Feb 9.

The room and bath are lofted on its own floor, has a private balcony attached that looks at the beautiful downtown SF skyline, can easily fit a Queen or King bed, desk, book shelves, and additional dresser (or sofa) - see photos below.

The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, furnished kitchen and living room, and the building has a complimentary service called Hello Alfred for the apartment (who can tidy the apartment, pick up groceries and run errands etc.,). Parking and additional storage space is available in the building at extra cost.

The apartment is in a building called ‘Vara’ and has many amenities including a gym, grill area, event space with bar, package room, common working space with coffee machine, trash pick-up, bike room, evening concierge and more)

Location is at the top of the Mission, a block away from BART (Mission & 16th), and Valencia Street corridor with restaurants, shops, bars, and fitness studios, and 2-3 blocks from tech shuttle pick ups.

Rent: $1900 a month + utilities, wifi, PG&E (~$100 total/moth).

Lease: 12-months

Who you are:

Single occupant, preferably female in your mid-late 20’s.

Consistent work schedule, steady job, and can pay rent on time.

We are looking for someone who is down to earth, clean, willing to hang out in the common area with us, and is a good communicator.

Able to move in or start paying rent on Feb 9 and commit to a 12 month lease (You will have to fill out an application form with the building management and sign the lease).

2 females in their mid 20s who are easy going, love fitness classes/yoga, and traveling. We are friendly, organized, and keep a clean common area. We like to catch up over dinner, Netflix, and wine but also like to do our own things!
