I have a great room with a private bathroom available this summer in Denton, TX. Shared living space with three other roommates, private bedroom and bath overlooking pool. The apartment has a great kitchen and balcony, perfect for the summer. The apartment complex has a gym, study rooms, a computer lab, a pool with a volleyball, access to free printing, and free coffee in the lobby. This space is also the closest you could be to UNT besides living directly on campus. Ucentre, the apartment complex, is directly across the street from UNT, above Fry street, and next to a variety of food and coffee spots. This time frame is ideal for anyone taking a summer class, with the room opening after the first week of May until the end of summer, with an option to sign on to a new lease without having to move again. You can simply resign and stay throughout the year on your own lease. This space is a great location, with new amenities and a brand new bathtub! Look forward to hearing from you!

Hey! My name is Quincy French, I am currently a student at UNT. I have been living in this space since August and have found it to be super cozy and a perfect location. I am originally from Austin and am heading home for the summer before going to France on a study abroad trip for the year. This room is available at the end of this semester, until the end of August, with the option to renew for the year without having to leave your space! There are three other roommates who are super sweet and considerate of everyone’s space. We all tend to interact a little but the apartment is empty most of the time due to everyone’s different schedules. The apartment stays quiet leaving you space to think, study, and maybe go downstairs to Fry St. for a drink!
