About the room
Older house that isn’t terribly impressive, but well furnished and comfy. Most furniture and appliances are quite new including a large fridge, washer and dryer. 1car garage where we keep gear, which you’re welcome to also use. Room up for rent is small-med size, single window with wood floors. Reasonable size for putting a bed, drawer, and a desk.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, but we got it locked down with furniture and appliances that you’re welcome to share.
Long narrow driveway that stretches to the backyard, but enough street parking that parking 3 vehicles isn’t a hassle. Pretty big yard in the back, but not fenced in.
No pets or smoking unfortunately, as it’s in our lease.
About the roomies
Current residents are brothers in their twenties, one a Engineering student at CMU and the other a full time professional. Easy going, moderately clean dudes who keep pretty busy.
