Andrea's room

This room is located in a great townhouse in a great location right off of Hwy. 290. The upstairs, unfurnished room will have a non-shared bathroom. The townhouse has a garage for parking as well as a washer/dryer and all other appliances you expect in a home. It comes with tile and wood floors as well as a patio. It does not have a lot of furniture. Rent it from month to month. You must be willing to have a credit check and background check.

You will paying the rent directly to me, the owner, but you will be living with my daughter. She is a young, easygoing professional who loves animals. She owns a small dog so you need to be tolerant of it. My daughter is simply looking for someone responsible.
