Cozy room with private separate bathroom in a first floor apartment. No smoking/drugs allowed. No pets neither. Water and gas included. Electricity, and internet bills would be shared (paid separately). Rent is for single female drama free person. I would prefer someone who works during the day. I can’t accept couples :( Minimum cooking. Laundry inside the apartment. This is a very nice neighborhood, I m sure you ll love it! To move in you’ll pay: $400 deposit + $650 first month

I live with my mom in the apartment. I have the typical office hours 8am - 5pm. I’m a very drama free person, and I would love to find someone who also likes peace. By that I mean, I look for someone respectful, and not crazy noisy. That s it :)!
