House Share. Rent the third floor of my Germantown home. Two bright, spacious rooms with closets and a private bathroom. Shared kitchen and spacious yard. Super friendly and welcoming neighborhood, close to bus and trains.

Room with a hard working single mom, her two wonderful teenage children and our adorable kitties. We live in a smoke and drug free home. We are an open-minded, progressive family who believes in dignity, respect and equality for all. We’re creative people who enjoy music, films, books, cooking, gardening… We’re animal lovers. We laugh a lot. We’re welcoming, but respect others’ space and privacy as well. Our home is important to us. It is a warm, safe place to land at the end of a long day. We hope to share it with someone who has similar values and can respect and contribute to that vision.
