About the room

5 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Home has pool, spa and hot tub. Bathroom would be your own except for when company visits. You are welcome to have visitors as well. We have one dog so we wouldn’t be able to take on any more animals. You would have two rooms to yourself on the other side of the house with private entry to pool/covered patio. All amenities except electricity is included. Electricity would be split 3 ways. Electricity runs from $200 to $500 depending on usage and time of year (it is high because of the pool and air conditioning.

About the roomies

We are looking for someone who is neat and does not get caught up in drama. The atmosphere of the house is pretty laid back and positive. I’m not interested in living in a negative environment.
