I’m an artist and work here in the afternoons mostly. Not here in the later evenings much. My other roommate is recent college grad. working in Advertising. We are both easy to get along with and keep a clean and tidy house. You would have access to living room and dining area pretty much anytime. Permit parking on the streets means lots of spaces available.
