Middle Sound Loop Road

Located in the middle sound loop road area close to mayfair and wrightsville beach. It’s a bit of an older property but has plenty of room sitting on one acre and almost feels like country. I do travel a lot for work.And have chickens , so it would be a plus if somebody could help with them and collect eggs every day. Just me here at the moment with one small chihuahua. The house is clean and comfortable but does need some minor things done to it which I hope to do with the rent money I collect. Things such as putting a stackable washer and dryer in the house as my washer and dryer at the moment are in a cabin outside of the house. I plan on making many modifications throughout this year. This is a great part of town and think you would agree. I also have some ebikes if a roommate wants to ride to the beach during the summer.Because sometimes it’s the only way you can get there.

I just have chickens and one chihuahua. I travel a lot for work and my parents live on the other side of the loop with dock Access and a boat which I have taken for granted for a while but planned to be out in the water a lot this summer. I’m going through a divorce that really broke me. So I’m not looking for any relationships for a very long time, because I have a lot of self-healing to do but guaranteed, there will be no drama as i’m doing my best to move on.
