ROOM FOR RENT in Auburn available starting January 15th. Our roommate is moving, so we have ONE ROOM available for rent! Beautiful home close to downtown Auburn and outlet mall, Highway 18 is about a 5 minute drive. About the house – 2,000 sqft+ home includes:

• 4 spacious bedrooms. All rooms have private rent and locking doors!

• 2 bathrooms - each bathroom has a bathtub and shower. 1 bedroom is a little more secluded and detached, however bathroom and washer dryer is located in main home.

• 3 Large decks with the the backyard deck having a large covered gazebo and large fire-pit in backyard. Smaller fire-pit on gazebo

• Private driveway with plenty of parking as well as street parking available

• The house is furnished, but you are welcome to bring your bed, etc. LOCATION:

• Located in a quiet neighborhood of $350k+ homes, so we are looking for someone who would be respectful of other neighbors, neighbors are very relaxed and can be social.

Lease Details: LEASING DETAILS:

• Rent is $700/mo for one room with a shared bathroom

• Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas), high speed Wi-fi.

• Month-to-month lease. We are hoping to find someone long term!

• $45 non-refundable fee for the background check and credit check that will be performed prior to move in

• $250 refundable deposit ($150 additional non refundable deposit for pets- Used for deep clean upon move out)

-tenant is responsible for any damages occurred by their guests or pets.

• 1st months lease due upon contract signing

• Renter’s insurance is required

• SINGLE OCCUPANCY (non-negotiable)

• NO smoking in home

• Pets allowed (large fully fenced yard)

• ABSOLUTELY NO drugs in the house or anywhere else on the property. Any violation of this will not be tolerated

• NO excessive drinking

• We expect every tenant to keep the property and the house clean and tidy to their best ability. There is a cleaning service performed regularly roughly every 3 months (carpets throughout the house and common areas).

I’m a full time student and Military vet. Pretty low key as i mainly spend my time riding motorcycles when its nice out or finding new trails to explore. I have a service dog who is very friendly.
