Whitney's room

The apartment is an upper unit in a 4 unit home converted in to separate units. We have our own private covered entry. I’ve been living on my own for most of my adult life and have all my own things such as a couch, tv, dishes, etc. You would only need to furnish your room. If you have kitchen appliances or dishes we could definitely use those as well. The bathroom and living room would be a shared space.

I am a working professional in her mid-twenties who generally work 40-45 hours a week looking to rent the second bedroom of my apartment. I would like to rent the room to a female between the ages of 20-30.

I have one larger dog, 60lbs, named Copper. She is very sweet but can be high-energy dogs. I am a very laid back person who isn’t an overly clean freak. I do expect the house to be put together and not a complete mess but I understand that during the week everyone gets busy and the bathroom may not get cleaned until Saturday. As long as we pick up after ourselves I’m sure we’ll be fine. I don’t do much during the week besides work and come home to hang out with my dog. On the weekends I’ll probably be sleeping or hanging out with my friends, or family. Though I can be a homebody I do like going out with friends a few times a week.
