Available 4/1: Private Room for rent in North Quincy. This room is lower/garden level with private entrance. There is additional living space off of bedroom- that can be used as well. I NEED someone that works mostly Afternoons/Nights and will be around most most/part of the day during the week. I’m looking for someone that is respectful/ responsible. I have two dogs and work long days. Long term preferred. Rent includes all utilities/cable/WiFi and use of main living floor- kitchen/ living room. This house has ocean views, walking distance to marina bay, cvs, coffee shops, liquor/convenience stores, and less than a mile from North Quincy T with bus pickup at end of street. Street parking.

Just me- I am very clean and respectful- the same is expected. I work long hours, so house will be yours most days.
