Hi my name is Kim! I am 30 year old professional who has been living in this very spacious apartment with my other roommate (who is also 30) for several years and love it! Please note that this is of three bedroom apartment and we do live with a cat that stays in my roommate’s bedroom for the majority of the time.

-Security Deposit: $1,000 security deposit -Utilities not included in rent: Wifi, electric/central AC/heat. -The cost of the utilities is split 3 ways, and varies dependent upon usage.

Terms: July 1, 2022 MOVE IN DATE -6 month minimum but can stay longer

-Coin operated laundry on the first floor of building. ($2/washer, $2/drier)

Bus to NYC is only a few steps away- just around the corner, and the ferry is a block away. Building is also conveniently located around the corner from Kings Food Market, 24hr Walgreens, Sparrow liquor store, Starbucks, and close to many great restaurants and bars.

APARTMENTDETAILS- Nice amount of light, a large window. Bedroom comes unfurnished. Living room gets a lot of sunlight. All of the windows in the apt. are brand new, as they were just replaced last August.

I am in my early 30s so we are Looking for someone who is considerate and respectful, drama-free, clean, does not have frequent guests nor ‘bring the party home’, and has a stable job.
