The bedroom has a large walk-in closet with double french doors that open out to a tiled screened patio. Townhouse backs up to a greenbelt so the unit has a beautiful natural view. The private bathroom is large with a roman tub, double sinks, shower and linen closet. The bedroom has wood laminate flooring and a walk in closet. Shared laundry room is on the second floor, close to the master bedroom. The townhouse is 1,855 sf and has 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom down. Has 2 screened patios - 1 upstairs in the master and 1 downstairs. Has a 1 car garage. Available April 1, 2020.

Utilities (water and electric) are split among tenants 4 ways and run approximately $50 per month.

Minimum 6 months lease. Tenant will forfeit security deposit if moving out prior to 6 months. Lease is renewable for 6 months or month-to-month. I will consider a month-to-month lease in the right situation.

My name is Lisa and I have owned this townhouse for 5 years. I live close by and am currently renting the unit to 3 college students so you would be the 4th tenant. All room mates have part time jobs. They are all friendly and very low key - not partiers. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, located on the old Deer Run golf course, on a street with no through traffic. There is a security camera, neighborhood watch and an HOA in this small community.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 friendly cats that live at this townhouse. Since we are at our maximum animal allowance, we ask that any new room mates do not bring animals.

We will only consider female tenants between the ages of 19 and 35 at this time. The room in single occupancy only. Thank you.
