Vineland Avenue

Upstairs room (shared bathroom) with window, closet, and fold-out wall desk. The unit is two stories with all bedrooms upstairs and living room, kitchen, and another bathroom downstairs. We also have a backyard/porch, washer+dryer. We’re next to a CVS, and Target is across the street. Arts district and other nightlife is a short drive down the street.

1 teacher, 1 chemist, 1 actor - we usually dont have a ton of people over, but we enjoy playing N64 games together and watching 90s cartoon shows every so often, lol. Two of us workout in the backyard/porch if you lift weights. Usually we’re all gone most of the day.
