$235 FIRST MONTH, electricity, water sewer, garbage, internet included. For male tenant only. Unfurnished or furnished. If furnished, room has Roku TV, 2 door refrigerator, queen bed, bedding, recliner, dressers, lamp, table, chair, bath towels, wash rags, large closet, wall to wall carpet. If unfurnished must still have refrigerator in room, I can provide if needed. Tenant has on street space in front of house for 1 vehicle. Shared bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, kitchen, with dish washer and stocked with dishes and many other non-consumables needed for cooking, dining area, living room. Living room TV has basic cable. Common areas shared cleaning. Owner provides household cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Tenant provides own laundry supplies and food. No smoking, 420, vaping,(inside house). No pets, candles or overnight guests. 3 month lease and then month by month at $470month. $235 first month and $470 last month, plus $300 security deposit, (security deposit may be paid in 2 payments, $150 at move in and $150 with second month rent). Must have verifiable income of at least 6 months.
