We’re looking for someone to sublease a room in my house.The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with one of the bedrooms converted into an office. Your bedroom is the largest one and has a private bathroom. It has a large, fenced in backyard and the landlord takes care of the lawn. Our house is a 5 minute drive from West Campus and has several bus stops within a 5-minute walking distance. We also have a washer/dryer.

You would be taking over for my old roommate who recently moved for a new job - your portion of the rent would be $600 + utilities. The room is available right now. We prefer if you could stay all of/the majority of the remaining lease period (until July 31st), but are certainly open to discussing shorter stays as well. Please tell me more about yourself!

You would be living with me, a 4th year Psychology & Neuroscience graduate student at Duke. I’m a 28 yo male and have been living at this house for three years. I enjoy cooking, rock climbing, and gaming. I don’t smoke, don’t have any pets, and clean up after myself.
