Dresser, Closet measuring W 5ft 1in, H 7 ft 9in, D 1ft 23in. and the T.V. stand with matching night stand up can hold as much as Sm. Dresser. T.V.s 55“ + with small centered bases can fit easily. We will be providing a 32“+ T.V., DVD Player and Roku Stick with connected streaming apps. We love music so bring your Bluetooth speakers and feel free to connect to your favorite shows with access to our Verizon 5g Wifi network. Log-in info for streaming platforms and network info provided upon request. Or bring your own furniture which ever is easier. Main bathroom has communal shower. You will provided a key for your private 1/2 bath(toilet/sink) near the Front Door/Living Rm. Furnished Living Room for lounging includes 65 in TV, DVD player and soundbar. Kitchen is where all our animals go through a sliding glass pet door insert which goes into our fully fenced back yard. Smoking is only allowed outback or on front porch for a covered area. We have 2 medium size dogs sometimes too friendly and 4 cats, the male cat is seldom here and mainly shows up for dinner.

My wife and I are 41 and 43. We have lived here for 11 yrs and been married for 23. We are 420 friendly, drinking is ok. we keep up on our chores and responsibilities. She works a lot and I am a self employed house painter getting thru the slow season. I do mechanic and carpentry work as well among other things. We like to hang out watch movies, constantly on our phones as well as doing projects around the house, and love to listen to a variety of music. We balance it all.
