Looking for someone (male/female) to take over the lease for a private room with a private bath in a 2 bedrooms-2 bath apartment in Carlyle District. Rent is 1172.5$/month. Lease runs till mid-November 2020.

This is a large bedroom in a nice safe apartment complex. The room has its own private bathroom and two closets( one is a huge walk-in closet) and great natural lighting. You would be sharing the apartment with a professional friendly female roommate, the living area and kitchen are mostly furnished.

This place is in a great neighborhood and it’s a short walk to the Metro station, USPTO, and King street(Old Town). The neighborhood is amazing there is a CVS, 7-eleven, Whole Foods, and an AMC theater all within less than a mile radius from the apartment and plenty of cafes, bars, parks, and restaurants all within a walking distance. The apartment building has many amenities: a Movie theater, fitness center, pool, Tennis and Basketball Courts, and many other amenities.
