Two bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condo in Briarwood outside of the Boro in Freehold. Full rent is $1450 so split evenly would make the spare room that’s available $725 a month.. Utilities split 50/50 as well. Washer and dryer in laundry room next to the kitchen.. The empty room has a ceiling fan and is painted a light gray with white wainscotting on the bottom half of the wall.. Theres parking around the circle with also your own numbered spot in the back lot. I have two cats so no other animals. There is a sun room which could be used as a second living room if you want to have an area for yourself besides just your bedroom.. Litter box for my cats is in a closet in the sun room so that closet always needs to be cracked so they can get in and out.. Furniture shown in photo is already moved and the art will be gone soon so you can decorate as you’d like.

I’m a 30 year old female with two cats.. I’ve been here for 6 years and have had two different room mates through out the years.. The most recent room mate got engaged in 2019 and bought a condo in the next building over and I’ve been here alone since then.. Looking to see if there’s anyone I jive with who needs a room.. I am a smoker so if you are as well make sure to keep windows open so smoke does not build up.
