Looking for a professional female or college student between the age of 21 and 35 to live in a spacious and fully updated Lake Mary/Sanford home! Would like a non smoker with no kids or pets who is respectful and responsible. The house is two stories with our bedroom being downstairs and guest rooms upstairs. Lots of privacy and space! Rent would be $750 (flat rate/all utilities are included).

Home is located close to I-4, 417, Seminole State College and Griffin Park in addition to major shopping centers (15 mins from both Altamonte and Sanford Mall).
