I just moved into this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 story, 2100 sq ft townhome in beautiful south tampa. New construction and fully furnished. The bedroom I’m looking to rent is on the first floor with a full bath and two closets. This room is the only thing on the first floor, you would have complete privacy but still access to the rest of the place. I’m the only one that lives here so it’s very spacious. I will take care of all utilities, the only thing you’d be responsible for it rent. I’m very tidy and have a housekeeper that comes every two weeks. Let me know if you’re interested!
