This nice condo is located in the heart of Waikiki just off the Ala Wai. With a 5 Min walk to Waikiki beach and the Mall, abc store, McDonalds, just on the other end of the street. Plenty of Bars and restaurants close by. The place Is secured with Fob key entry. Has storage for bikes and surfboards. We are wanting to rent the private bedroom with the bathroom and kitchen being shared. Has 8ft Pool, Lock Box Mail boxes, and laundry room downstairs that takes debit card as well :) The bedroom has Ac included with sliding doors leading to Lanai as well. Has a great view of the Ala Wai canal from the Lanai. Looking for someone laid back but yet also responsible as well. Looking for around $1100/month, All utilities and fees included in rent. NO SECURITY PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT REQUIRED :) We also have one cat as well, his name is Logan and he’s super chill. And we are 420 friendly as well but if that is a problem for just let us know :)

I just recently bought this condo back in August and Loving it. I’m currently living here with my girlfriend and I. We are both in our early 20s and laid back people who are likes to have fun.
