My unit is part of a three bedroom three bathroom FURNISHED apartment (Living room set up with two coaches and a TV). The bedroom comes with a bed, dresser drawers and a good sized desk. The apartment is good size and has modern appliances including Washer and Dryer in the Unit. Complex is located adjacent to metro light rail and about 2 Miles from ASU Campus, 1 Mile from Tempe Marketplace, and 1 Mile from the 101. Also extremely close to the 202 and the 60. The complex has a nice size Gym and Pool included in the amenities fee. I have a paid parking pass that would be included in the sublease. The apartment is a tremendous deal especially with the summer months upcoming. The $695 covers EVERYTHING - Room with own bathroom, cable, internet, unlimited utilities including unlimited AC, water/sewer, parking pass, trash service (bin outside of room for convenience) and all amenities! Roommates are both students and both have jobs. Respectful and cordial. We are all gone a lot and when we are here we generally hang out in our own rooms the majority of the time. Both are reliable and good communicators. Must pass a background check to live here.
