Close to Bob Hope Airport, to a Starbucks, and other great restaurants. Few minutes away from Burbank Town Center, AMC16, AMC 8. Plenty of street and neighborhood parking.

GENERAL DETAILS: • ONE Female renter preferred. • Financially dependable / has a stable income. • Responsible to the space and respectful to everyone who lives here • Mature but friendly • Move-in date: January 15 • Not allergic to dogs. We have one friendly teacup 🐶 • Ample street parking • Convenient, in-home laundry • Light use of kitchen, own space in fridge, own space in food pantry • WIFI included & Access to Netflix on TV in room • Rent is $975 / month, utilities INCLUDED, including laundry. • Security deposit is $975 • No pets, smoking, drugs and drama

ROOM SPECIFICS: • Private bed, shared bathroom. (We have our own bath, so you basically have the other bathroom to yourself) • Ample closet space in the room. • Lots of light • Wood floors, clean room • Room comes with a bed frame and mattress, a ceiling fan, desk and chair, and a 42-inch TV! If you would like to bring your own furnishing, that’s fine as well.

Young married couple in our early 30’s. We have one friendly TeaPom. She’s super friendly, and is house trained. We are both young entrepreneurs, so we’re pretty much working a lot. Husband’s office is about 5 minutes away, and wife has a home office, so she is home most days of the week. We love to travel. We love movies, love to eat, love occasional bbq with friends.
