Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with the master bedroom being the available room. Plenty of closet space in the room as well as throughout the unit. The shared space is currently furnished. All utilities (gas, electric, internet and cable) are setup and in my name so there will be no interruption in service. There is a fenced patio with a sliding glass door. Covered tandem parking just feet from the front door of the apartment. This is a ground level unit in a small complex that is generally quiet. The neighborhood is fairly quiet as well with a lot of great restaurants, bars and stores nearby. Located just 10 blocks from the beach.
