Lorie's room

Looking for a peaceful place to live? Come share our beautiful home with us! Our older kids have moved out. We have a furnished room for rent (or can be unfurnished if you prefer). You will share a full bathroom (with tub and shower) with one other person. There is a washer and dryer in the home. The kitchen, living room, dining room and half bathrooms (toliet and sink only) are common spaces and shared by everyone. All utilities are included. Grocery stores, a beautiful park, and the freeway are just a couple of minutes away from the house.

Our family consists of a man and woman in their late-forties/early fifties and our 18-year-old son who is a senior in high school. We are easy-going, friendly, welcoming people. We value a professional, peaceful, no-drama, good energy vibe type of environment. We like cleanliness, respect, communication and honesty. No smoking, drugs, or pets are allowed.
