Washer and dryer in the unit. Deck w a grill. Pool and workout room in conplex . Close to public transportation if needed. Free parking. Walking distance to open space and honking trails. Quiet and peaceful spot. Both bathtubs and shower. House is kept extremely neat.

I am 59 years old ( a very young one) raised both of my boys in San Rafael both now living out of state and on their own. I work in Tiburon as a personal assistant 5 days a week. Very active outdoors, ski , hike sail and social w friends. The only else here is my 2 and a half year old sharpei puppy Earl Grey! Very friendly, doesn’t bark, doesn’t shed and easy to get along with. Go away on weekends either to Tahoe or elsewhere at least once a month every 2 to 3 months head back east to see my kids. I do not smoke or drink so I prefer a female who is the same.
