Great Room w/ Bath in a Beautiful House on 17 Acres with a Vineyard

My partner and I are two women looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house off 174 (about 15 mins to NC & GV and 10 mins to Colfax/80). We are on 17 acres at the end of a dead-end road, so it is very peaceful and has well-manicured landscaped yard in front and vineyard in back.

Right now we rent the master bedroom with attached bathroom. We are looking for a single person to rent the 2nd main bedroom that is162 sq. ft. + closet. You will also have your own bathroom with tub/shower for $700 a month + utilities.

We are also open to giving up the master or renting the 3rd smaller room as well (right now it is a guestroom). If you are interested in one of these alternative options please contact to discuss how to split up the rent.

We have lots of space for hanging out and a large kitchen for cooking. There is a nice fireplace, you’ll have use of a guestroom, many closets, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 ovens, front porch, patio with patio set ready for grilling, garage, 2 other nice outbuilding for storage, and great views of the vineyard, hills, and pond.

Need rental refs + employment, proof of income, and credit score. Owner lives on-site in a 5th wheel (away and out of sight from main house) and maintains a good portion of the land. My partner and I have been together for 11 years and lived in Nevada County for 8 years. We both work full time and keep things pretty quiet. We love the outdoors and enjoying hiking and camping. We already have two older well-behaved dogs, so we can’t accommodate any other pets.
