I have a two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. I am looking for a kind roommate to rent another bedroom+bathroom with walk-in-closet, storage closet. No smoking please. Leasing time could be negotiated, better 6-12 months. You will have your private bedroom and bathroom/not need to share bathroom. Kitchen, sitting room and dinning room, balcony are shared by you and me. However, I rarely use these rooms because of traveling’s and rarely cooking at home. I spent most of my time working, sometimes reading and writing in my own room, also going gum and Yoga. There are Gym room, swimming pool and business center (Fax, printing etc.) in the property center. Total $650 including utilities or Rent $550 plus Utilities are shared depending how much of monthly usage. (No lease for my roommate. Or Some income or background checks might be needed from the property management if adding as an additional tenant ). (30days leading time if moving, Deposit will be returned if nothing damage or stained). I am pets friendly but this is a NO Pets lease. If interesting, contacting for details. Thanks.

Just welcome one roommate, no smoking, cleaning, payment on time, working people and/or students are welcome, friend short time’s visiting and stay is fine. I will deep-clean all public areas weekly, also provide some Package bakeries, cakes and cookies desserts for my roommate as breakfast or delightful treats.
