Unfurnished room is bright and cozy, with plenty of natural light. It’s located on 2nd story and shared bathroom with one other female roomate just outside the rooms.

Full kitchen and laundry privileges, all utilities and high speed internet included in rent. Street parking available.

I’m a busy working professional and I work long hours so you will have the house to yourself on my work days. When I’m not working I like to catch up on sleep and go to the gym. I also enjoy social and outdoor activities in my spare time.

I keep my home neat and tidy and practice no shoes inside the house. I clean as I go when I use the kitchen and I keep my space as comfortable, clutter free, and nice and inviting as possible. I appreciate someone that is also clean and picks up after themselves, and is respectful and considerate of quiet time and shared spaces.

No smoking, no pets and no overnight guests without permission.
